Dr. Hisham Abdel Mageed

Dr. Hisham Abdel Mageed is a surgical oncologist at the National Cancer Institute, Cairo University. Dr. Hisham specializes in Breast cancer surgery, Gastrointestinal cancer surgery, Gynecological cancer surgery, minimally invasive surgery and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy HIPEC.

Dr. Hisham started working as a resident at the surgical oncology department in 2008 where he finished his residency program.

Dr. Hisham earned his Master’s degree in surgical oncology in 2012.

Dr. Hisham earned his MD PhD Doctorate degree in surgical oncology in 2020, and is currently a consultant of surgical oncology at the surgical oncology department in the National Cancer Institute, Cairo University.

Dr. Hisham is an active member of the Society of Surgical Oncology SSO and the European Society of Surgical Oncology ESSO.

Dr. Hisham hosts a weekly surgical oncology webinar on Zoom with international speakers from around the world.
